First Year Impact Program
Welcome to First Year Impact Programs!
The first year in college can often be difficult. That's why the Center for Academic Performance and Persistence will be here as your resource during your first year.
As a student invited to our program, our office will monitor your academic progress, refer you to campus resources, and just be here to listen if you need someone to talk to about personal or academic issues. Your success is our goal and we hope you choose to use the CAPP staff as a resource during your first year.
Please explore our webpages to learn more about the First Year Impact Program and how it can help you be successful in your first year at the College of Charleston and beyond. If you would like to meet with us in person to discuss the program or your progress in the program, please contact us to set up a meeting.
